The Radio Free Peterborough Project currently offers two apps for your iPhone listening pleasure:

You can now listen to Radio Free Peterborough anywhere! Take us with you everywhere you go.

This is the very first version of our app, so there might be a bug or two lurking in the code somewhere. We also know there are a few "bad" tracks in the collection that have some corrupted data. You, noble listener, can help us to track down these tracks by using the "Report a Bug" tab from within the app. This will automatically grab the title of the currently playing track and allow you to email it to us. Together, we can make RFP even better.

You can also help us out by using the "Position" tab in the app to tell us where you are listening from. This will grab your position from the IPhone's GPS unit (with your permission of course) and send it along with your phone's UID and the track you are listening to. Over time, we'll build up a data set of our mobile listeners and plot it on a map so everyone can see where people are enjoying RFP from.

A note about audio "drop-out" problems:

In testing, we've noticed that the audio will drop out sometimes when you are walking around from cell to cell. If you move into a cell coverage area that has a lot of data traffic, you are likely going to experience some drop-out. If this happens, try quitting the app, going to the settings page and selecting the low quality stream switch. This won't cure the problem, but it will mean less data (and lower quality sound) to squeeze down the busy pipe.

/ carrier charges may apply depending on where you are calling from).
