"I dunno, songs come to me, I write them down and play them...

they tell stories of my life and of people I have known...I grew up listening to a lot of punk rock and folk/blues/roots music...I think all of these elements are translated through my simple minimalist approach to songwriting...I believe strongly in the do it yourself ethic and the passion of rock and roll...I hate rock star posturing...you either rock or you don't...you cannot fake it...my music is bred of love, war, hate, fire, love, longing, despair, disease, love and more love...I truly believe in it and will pursue it as relentlessly as that goddamn sun which shows up early every morning."
